Luiz Carlos Rosas Filho

With more than 22 years of working experience in the financial sector, Mr. Rosas is a founding partner at Luminus Advisors. Prior to founding Luminus Advisors, he was CFO of EBX Capital Partners, and Corporate Finance Senior Banker for Telecom, Media and Technology for Banco Bozano, Simonsen and Banco Pactual. Mr. Rosas has led many M&A, private placements, and debt fund raising processes (Project and Corporate Finance). Mr. Rosas has also worked for IBM Brazil as a Business Development Manager, prior to switching to the financial sector.

Mr. Rosas holds a Master of Finance degree from University of Cambridge, an MBA in Finance (IBMEC-RJ) with high academic distinction, an MBA in Marketing (PUC-RJ), and B.Sc Cum Laude in Civil and Structural Engineering from Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ).  In addition, Mr. Rosas has participated in many executive workshops in strategic planning, market analysis and planning among others, held by Harvard Business School and Wharton School.

Eduardo W. Pamplona

With more than 20 years of work experience, Mr. Pamplona was a founding partner at Luminus Advisors and now brings his renowned experience as a business partner. Mr. Pamplona is a managing partner at AUFIA Finance, was also a partner at DGF Investimentos, Vice-President of GE Equity Brazil, having coordinated several private equity investments. Before, Mr. Pamplona worked for McKinsey & Co and Crédit Lyonnais Brazil. He holds a B.A. in Economics from Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ), and holds an MBA degree from the University of Michigan.

José Pereira Cabral

With more than 20 years of professional experience, Mr. Cabral was a founding partner at Luminus Advisors and now brings his renowned experience, especially in the technology sector, as a business partner. Mr. Cabral is a managing partner at HR4 (HR BPO), and was the CFO of EverSystems, a leading Brazilian technology company. Mr. Cabral holds a B.Sc. in Civil Engineer and a Master in Engineering from EPUSP.
